GLP-1受体激动剂周制剂度拉糖肽对早期糖尿病肾病的影响

The effect of GLP-1 receptor agonist-Trulicity on early diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨GLP-1受体激动剂周制剂度拉糖肽对早期糖尿病肾病的影响。方法:选取我院早期糖尿病肾病患者60例,分为对照组和观察组,观察组为对照组原有治疗的基础上加用度拉糖肽,每组各30例。比较两组治疗12周后的体重指数(BMI)、血脂(CHOL、TG、LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24小时尿微量蛋白定量(24h-mAlb)、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)、血肌酐(Cr)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)的变化。结果:治疗前,两组BMI、CHOL、TG、LDL-C、24h-mAlb、UACR、Cr、eGFR、FBG、2hPG、HbA1c差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组BMI、CHOL、TG、LDL-C、24h-mAlb、UACR、Cr、FBG、PBG、HbA1c较对照组明显降低,eGFR明显升高。结论:GLP-1受体激动剂周制剂-度拉糖肽可以改善早期糖尿病肾病,延缓疾病进程。

Objective To investigate the effect of GLP-1 receptor agonist weekly preparation-Trulicity on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group maintained the original treatment plan,while the observation group was added with trulicity on the basis of the original control group,with 30 cases in each group.The changes of body mass index(BMI),blood lipid(CHOL,TG,LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),24-hour urinary microalbumin(24h mAlb),urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),serum creatinine(CR)and glomerular filtration rate(EGFR)were compared between the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BMI,CHOL,TG,LDL-C,24h mAlb,UACR,Cr,EGFR,FBG,2hPG and HbA1c between the two groups.After treatment,compared with the control group,BMI,CHOL,TG,LDL-C,24h mAlb,UACR,Cr,FBG,PBG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower,and EGFR was significantly higher.Conclusion GLP-1 receptor agonist weekly preparation-Trulicity can improve early diabetic nephropathy and delay the progression of the disease.
