弱视明汤结合穴位点按耳廓压丸治疗儿童弱视临床疗效及安全性研究

Clinical efficacy and safety of amblyopia in children treated with amblyopia Ming decoction combined with acupoint auricle pressure pill

目的:探究弱视明汤结合穴位点按耳廓压丸治疗儿童弱视临床疗效及安全性。方法:研究共计纳入我院近两年收治的65例弱视儿童,采取随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组患儿(32例)采取西医常规治疗,观察组患儿(33例)西医常规治疗+弱视明汤结合穴位点按耳廓压丸治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、治疗前、治疗后2个月、治疗后4个月、治疗后6个月患儿视力平均值变化、治疗前及治疗6个月后两组患儿P100波峰潜伏时及振幅变化、不良反应情况及患儿家属对治疗满意情况。结果:观察组患儿治疗有效率(93.94%)高于对照组(75.00%);治疗前、治疗2个月、治疗4个月后两组患儿平均视力值相当,治疗6个月后观察组患儿平均视力高于对照组;治疗前,两组患儿P100波峰潜伏时及振幅均相当;治疗6个月后各组患儿P100波峰潜伏时及振幅均改善,观察组优于对照组;观察组患儿(0.00%)与对照组不良反应率(3.13%%)均较低;观察组患儿家属满意率(93.94%)高于对照组(75.00%)。结论:弱视明汤结合穴位点按耳廓压丸治疗儿童弱视临床疗效显著,患儿经治疗后视力提升,不良反应率低,家属满意率高,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of amblyopia in children treated with amblyopia Ming decoction combined with acupoint pressing auricle pressure pill.Methods Examined in the study of 65 cases of amblyopia children admitted in our hospital in the past two years,take a random number table method,it can be divided into two groups,control group patients(32 cases)treated with routine western medicine,the observation group(33 cases)of conventional western medicine treatment+amblyopia in children with clear soup combined with acupuncture point according to the pinna pelleting treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,before and after treatment for 2 months,4 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment with average change of vision,before and 6 months after treatment,two groups of children with P100 wave latency and the amplitude of change,adverse reactions and the families of children with satisfied with the treatment.Results The effective rate(93.94%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(75.00%).The average visual acuity of the two groups was similar before treatment,2 months after treatment and 4 months after treatment.The average visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 6 months of treatment.Before treatment,both groups had similar P100 peak latency and amplitude.After 6 months of treatment,the P100 peak latency and amplitude of each group were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group(0.00%)and the control group(3.13%)was lower.The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group(93.94%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%).Conclusion Amblyopic clear decoction combined with acupoint and auricle pressure pill has a significant clinical effect in treating amblyopic children.After treatment,the vision of children is improved,the rate of adverse reactions is low,and the satisfaction rate of family members is high,which is worthy of promotion and application.
