氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎后疗效的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

目的:分析氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎后疗效的影响因素。方法:选取我院120例新生儿肺炎患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氨溴索治疗,观察两组临床疗效,利用ROC曲线及Logistic分析明确氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎后无效的危险因素。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组。经ROC分析及多因素Logistic回归分析证实,胎龄<37周、出生体重<2.5 kg、未及时清理咽喉分泌物、居住农村、家庭人均月收入<5000元、PCT≥3.025 ng/mL、hs-CRP≥18.360 mg/L、WBC≥14.455×109/L是氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎后无效的危险因素。结论:影响氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎后疗效的因素较多,临床应予以关注。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods 120 cases of neonatal pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide on the basis of routine treatment,The control group was treated with budesonide on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with ambroxol on the basis of the control group,The clinical effects of the two groups were observed,ROC curve and logistic analysis were used to identify the risk factors of ineffective treatment of neonatal pneumonia with ambroxol combined with budesonide.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Confirmed by ROC analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis,gestational age<37 weeks,birth weight<2.5 kg,failure to clean throat secretions in time,living in rural areas,family per capita monthly income<5000 yuan,PCT≥3.025 ng/ml,hs-CRP≥18.360 mg/L,WBC≥14.455×10;/l was a risk factor for the ineffective treatment of neonatal pneumonia with ambroxol combined with budesonide.Conclusion There are many factors affecting the efficacy of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,which should be paid attention to clinically.
