FK506联合泼尼松对小儿难治性PNS的疗效及预后的影响分析

Analysis of Clinical efficacy and prognosis of application of Tacrolimus and prednisone in the treatment of children with refractory PNS

目的:探讨FK506联合泼尼松对小儿难治性PNS的疗效及预后的影响分析。方法:选取我科收治的60例难治性PNS患儿,根据治疗方式的不同,分为研究组及对照组两组,其中研究组30例,采用他克莫司(FK506)联合泼尼松治疗和对照组30例,采用环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效等差异。结果:治疗6个月,研究组的临床总有效率(93.4%)显著高于对照组患者(73.3%);治疗前两组患者的肾功能及相关血清炎性指标比较无差异,而治疗6个月研究组患者的肾功能及相关血清炎性指标均较对照组改善明显;两组治疗前PT、APTT、FIB及D-D水平比较均无差异;而经治疗6个月,研究组FIB及D-D水平明显下降,且低于对照组;治疗6个月研究组患者生活质量情况显著优于对照组患者。结论:FK506可显著提高难治性PNS患儿的临床疗效,同时能有效抑制其微炎症及高凝状态,最终改善患儿预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the analysis of Clinical efficacy and prognosis of application of Tacrolimus and prednisone in the treatment of children with refractory PNS.Methods To screening 60 cases of children with refractory PNS as research subjects,it will be divided into study group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases,patients in control group were treated with Cyclophosphamide and prednisone therapy and patients in study group were treated with Tacrolimus and prednisone therapy,then the two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy and so on.Results The clinical efficacy in study group was higher than the control group;The renal function and serum inflammatory indexes in study group were better than the control group after treatment;The coagulation function indexes in study group were better than the control group after treatment;The prognosis in study group was better than the control group after treatment.Conclusion The Tacrolimus and prednisone in the treatment of children with refractory PNS is more significant,it is worthy of popularization and application.
