超声引导下经皮颈部脓肿精准穿刺置管引流术的价值分析

Value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous neck abscess precision puncture and catheter drainage

目的:探讨超声引导下经皮颈部脓肿精准穿刺置管引流术的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月~2019年6月本院收治的93例颈部脓肿患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同分为超声组(54例)及传统组(39例)。对比两组患者并发症发生率、围术期相关指标及手术前后疼痛评分。结果:超声组患者并发症低于传统组(3.70%vs23.08%);超声组的手术时间、拔管时间、体温恢复时间、白细胞恢复正常时间及住院时间均短于传统组,超声组术中出血量少于传统组;术后超声组患者VAS评分明显低于传统组。结论:超声引导下经皮颈部脓肿精准穿刺置管引流术并发症的发生率较低,可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,缓解患者的疼痛感,有利于术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous neck abscess precision puncture and catheter drainage.Methods The clinical data of 93 patients with cervical abscess admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the ultrasound group(54 cases)and the traditional group(39 cases)according to the different treatment methods.The incidence of complications,perioperative related indicators,and pain scores before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The complications in the ultrasound group were lower than those in the traditional group(3.70%vs 23.08%);The operation time,extubation time,temperature recovery time,white blood cell recovery time,and hospitalization time of the ultrasound group were shorter than those of the traditional group,and the blood loss during the ultrasound group was less than that of the traditional group.The VAS score of patients in the ultrasound group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous neck abscess precision puncture and catheter drainage has a low incidence of complications,which can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation,relieve the patient’s pain,and facilitate postoperative recovery.
