盾叶冠心宁片联合利伐沙班对高脂血症合并高凝状态患者aPTT、Fbg、D-D水平的影响

Effects of duanyeguan xinning tablet combined with rivaroxaban on the levels of APTT,FBG and D-D in patients with hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulability

目的:探讨高脂血症合并高凝状态患者采用盾叶冠心宁片联合利伐沙班治疗效果。方法:选取本院2018年9月~2020年1月收治的高脂血症合并高凝状态患者115例,采用摸球法分为对照组(n=57)和观察组(n=58),对照组行利伐沙班单一用药,观察组增加盾叶冠心宁片行联合用药,对比疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后,观察组凝血指标、血脂指标、心功能指标较对照组改善更明显;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:高脂血症合并高凝状态患者采用盾叶冠心宁片联合利伐沙班治疗,可有效改善患者凝血状态指标、血脂水平、心功能指标,提高临床治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,增加安全性,促进患者康复,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Duanyeguanxining Tablet combined with rivaroxaban in the treatment of hyperlipidemia combined with hypercoagulability.Methods A total of 115 patients with hyperlipidemia complicated with hypercoagulability admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=57)and observation group(n=58)by touch ball method.The control group was given rivaroxaban single medication,and the observation group was given duanyeguanxining tablet combined medication,and the efficacy was compared.Results The total effective rate of control group was 84.21%,lower than observation group 96.55%.After treatment,the coagulation indexes,he improvement of blood lipid indexes,the indexes of heart function in the observation group improved better;Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower.Conclusion In patients with hyperlipidemia combined with hypercoagulability,duanyeguanxinning tablet combined with rivaroxaban can effectively improve the indicators of coagulation state,blood lipid level and cardiac function,improve the clinical treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,increase safety,and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of further promotion of use.
