麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果观察及对心功能的影响

Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with Atto vastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function

目的:探讨麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心力衰竭的治疗效果及对心功能的影响。方法:选取2017年8月~2020年6月我院门诊收治的98例冠心病心力衰竭患者进行研究。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组采用麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较两组间治疗效果、心功能、血清心衰标志物、血管内皮功能指标、炎性因子及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率(98.0%)显著高于对照组(85.7%)。治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF均显著低于对照组,6MWT显著高于对照组。观察组血清BNP、NT-proBNP均显著低于对照组。观察组血清NO显著高于对照组,ET显著低于对照组。观察组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6均显著低于对照组。观察组不良反应发生率(6.1%)显著低于对照组(20.4%)。结论:麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效显著,能明显提高患者心功能,改善血管内皮功能,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with Atto vastatin calcium on heart failure of coronary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function.Methods From August 2017~June 2020,98 patients with coronary heart disease heart failure were selected.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,the observation group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with Atto vastatin calcium.Treatment effects,cardiac function,serum cardiac markers,vascular endo thelial function index,inflammatory factors,and adverse effects were compared.Results The total effective rate(98.0%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.7%).Compared with the control group,the LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF in the observation group were significantly lower.Compared with the control group,the serum BNP,NT-proBNP in the observation group were significantly lower.Compared with the control group,the serum NO in the observation group was significantly higher,the ET was significantly lower.Compared with the control group,the serum TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower.Adverse reactions in the observation group(6.1%)were significantly lower than those in the control group(20.4%).Conclusion The effect of musk protective pill and ator vast atin in treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly improve cardiac function,vascular endo thelial function and reduce inflammatory factors.
