孟鲁司特钠治疗AR的疗效及对血清IL-10、IL-8等水平变化的影响

Clinical efficacy of Montelukast sodium in the treatment of AR and its effect on serum IL-10,IL-8 and so on

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效及对血清白细胞介素10(IL-10)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)等炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2015年2月~2016年2月在我院治疗的AR患者98例,将患者随机分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=47),对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂,观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察两组治疗疗效以及血清炎性因子、血液流变学等指标。结果:观察组治疗疗效明显优于对照组,观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为90.20%和72.34%;观察组治疗后IL-6和IL-8分别为(103.44±17.84)ng/L和(110.40±14.90)ng/L,明显低于对照组,而IL-10为(17.10±4.52)ng/L,明显高于对照组;观察组治疗后喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞和鼻痒评分分别为(1.40±0.44)分、(1.60±0.66)分、(1.53±0.67)分和(1.60±0.47)分,明显低于对照组;观察组治疗后高切全血粘度、中切全血粘度、低切全血粘度和血浆粘度分别为(4.60±0.38)mPa·s、(4.30±0.47)mPa·s、(17.06±2.50)mPa·s和(1.70±0.21)mPa·s,明显低于对照组。结论:孟鲁司特钠治疗AR有较好的疗效,可改善患者血清炎性因子和血液流变学指标,抑制炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)and its effect on serum interleukin 10(IL-10),interleukin 8(IL-8)and interleukin 6(IL-6)and other inflammatory factors.Methods Selected 98 AR patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016,were randomly divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=47),the control group were given budesonide nasal spray,the observation group were given montelukast sodium on the basis of control group,observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups,serum inflammatory factors,blood rheology and other indicators.Results The curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 90.20%and 72.34%;The observation group after treatment IL-6 and IL-8 were(103.44±17.84)ng/L and(110.40±14.90)ng/L,significantly lower than the control group,and IL-10 was(17.10±4.52)ng/L,significantly higher than the control group;The observation group afte treatment sneezing,runny nose,stuffy nose and nasal itch scores were(1.40±0.44),(1.60±0.66),(1.53±0.67)%and(1.60±0.47),significantly lower than the control group;The observation group after treatment high cut whole blood viscosity,middle cut whole blood viscosity,low cut whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were(4.60±0.38)mPa·s,(4.30±0.47)mPa·s,(17.06±2.50)mPa·s and S(1.70±0.21)mPa·s,significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The curative effect of montelukast sodium on the treatment of AR is good,and can improve the serum inflammatory factors and blood rheology,and inhibit the inflammatory reaction.
