摘要
目的:探讨浸润性乳腺癌患者的雄激素受体(AR)与乳腺癌分子分型的相关性。方法:选取本院2016年3月~2019年12月收治的60例浸润性乳腺癌患者,比较不同年龄、月经状态、肿瘤直径、临床分期、组织学分级、组织学类型、淋巴结状态、ER、PR、Ki-67、HER2表达患者的AR阳性率。AR表达与分子分型的相关性采用Spearman相关性分析。结果:60例患者中,AR阳性率71.67%(43/60)。不同年龄、月经状态、肿瘤直径、组织学类型、淋巴结状态患者AR阳性率的差异无统计学意义。不同Ki-67与HER-2表达患者的AR阳性率差异无统计学意义。临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者AR阳性率为80.49%,高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者57.89%;组织学Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者的AR阳性率为83.33%,高于Ⅲ级患者的54.17%。ER与PR阳性患者的AR阳性率为84.21%与81.08%,高于阴性患者的50.00%与56.52%;Luminal A型与Luminal B型患者的AR阳性率分别为85.71%与80.65%,高于三阴性型的33.33%。经Spearman相关性分析,患者AR表达与ER表达、PR表达、分子分型呈正相关。结论:ER、PR阳性、Luminal A型、Luminal B型的浸润性乳腺癌患者的AR阳性率相对更高,AR表达与乳腺癌分子分型有明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the association between androgen receptor(AR)and molecular typing in breast cancer in patients with invasive breast cancer.Methods Sixty patients with invasive breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were selected.The AR positive rate of patients with different ages,menstrual status,tumor diameter,clinical stage,histological grade,histological type,lymph node status,ER,PR,Ki-67,and HER2 expression were compared.The correlation between AR expression and molecular typing was analyzed by Spearman correlation.Results Among 60 patients,the positive rate of AR was 71.67%(43/60).There were no significant difference in AR positive rate among patients with different ages,menstrual status,tumor diameter,histological type,and lymph node status.There were no significant difference in the AR positive rate of patients with different Ki-67 and HER-2 expression.The positive rate of AR in patients with clinical stagesⅠandⅡwas 80.49%,which higher than 57.89%in patients with stageⅢandⅣ;the positive rate of AR in patients with histologyⅠandⅡwas 83.33%,which higher than 54.17%of patients with gradeⅢ.The AR positive rates of ER and PR positive patients were 84.21%and 81.08%,which were higher than 50.00%and 56.52%of negative patients;the AR positive rates of Luminal A and Luminal B patients were 85.71%and 80.65%,which higher than 33.33%of the triple-negative type.According to Spearman correlation analysis,the AR expression of patients were positively correlated with ER expression,PR expression and molecular typing.Conclusion The ER,PR positive,Luminal A,Luminal B invasive breast cancer patients have relatively higher AR positive rate,AR expression was significantly correlated with molecular typing of breast cancer.
