布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果及对TGF-β1、CRP的影响

Effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation on bronchopneumonia in children and its effect on TGF-β1、CRP

目的:研究支气管肺炎患儿雾化吸入布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇的疗效及对血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:研究对象选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的80例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,按照随机数字法分组,对照组(n=40)采取布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,观察组(n=40)在此基础上联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后相关临床症状的改善情况,炎症因子水平以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(80.00%);观察组患儿咳嗽、发热的缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、肺部X线阴影持续时间以及住院时间明显低于对照组;两组患儿治疗后血清TGF-β1、CRP水平较治疗前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义,且对照组血清TGF-β1、CRP水平显著更高;在不良反应发生率方面两组无显著差异。结论:在治疗小儿支气管肺炎时采用布地奈德+异丙托溴铵+沙丁胺醇对降低TGF-β1、CRP的表达水平较明显,并显著改善患儿症状,提高临床疗效,且安全性较高,具有较大的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of nebulized budesonide,ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol and the effect on serum TGF-β1 and CRP in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,80 children with bronchitis were treated in our hospital,In random numbers,Control group(n=40)was treated with budesonide inhalation,Observation group(n=40)combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation,To compare the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,Inflammatory factor level,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.00%and 80.00%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower remission time of cough and fever,disappearance time of pulmonary rales,duration of lung X-ray shadow,and length of hospital stay.Serum TGF-β1 and CRP levels after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant,and Serum TGF-β1 and CRP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol can effectively reduce the expression of TGF-β1、CRP in children with bronchitis,Improve symptoms,Improve clinical efficacy,And high security,It has great clinical application value.
