伐昔洛韦片联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的效果观察及对血清炎性因子的影响

Effect of Valaciclovir tablets combined with sodium phosphonate on herpes zoster and its effect on serum inflammatory factors

目的:探讨伐昔洛韦片联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的治疗效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2018年4月~2021年1月我院门诊收治的86例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象。对照组采用伐昔洛韦片治疗,观察组采用伐昔洛韦片联合膦甲酸钠治疗。比较两组间治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、VAS评分和QS评分、血清炎性因子、血清疼痛介质水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率(95.3%)显著高于对照组(72.1%)。观察组水疱消失时间、疼痛缓解时间、完全结痂时间均显著短于对照组。观察组VAS评分和QS评分均显著低于对照组。观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α均显著低于对照组,IFN-γ高于对照组。观察组血清β-EP、CGRP水平均显著高于对照组,SP显著低于对照组。两组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:伐昔洛韦片联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的效果明显,能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善血清炎性因子和疼痛介质。

Objective To investigate the effect of Valaciclovir tablets combined with sodium phosphonate on herpes zoster and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 86 cases of herpes zoster were selected from our outpatient clinic in April~2018 and January 2021.The control group was treated with Valaciclovir tablets,and the observation group was treated with Valaciclovir tablets combined with sodium phosphonate.The therapeutic effect,time of clinical symptom disappearance,VAS score and QS score,serum inflammatory factors,serum pain mediator level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(95.3%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(772.1%).Blister disappearance time,pain relief time and complete scab time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The VAS score and QS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The serum IL-6,TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the IFN-γwas higher than that in the control group.The serumβ-EP,CGRP level in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the SP was significantly lower than that in the control group.there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Valaciclovir tablets combined with sodium phosphonate can effectively relieve pain and improve serum inflammatory factors and pain mediators in the treatment of herpes zoster.
