微波消融术联合胸腺法新注射液治疗胃癌合并肝转移的疗效观察

Efficacy of microwave ablation combined with thymus injection in the treatment of gastric cancer with liver metastasis

目的:探讨微波消融术联合胸腺法新注射液治疗胃癌合并肝转移的疗效及对肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:本组研究对象选取2016年1月~2018年1月到我院治疗的86例晚期胃癌合并肝转移患者。随机将患者分为观察组和对照组(n=43)。对照组采用微波消融术治疗,观察组采用微波消融术联合胸腺法新注射液治疗。比较两组近期疗效、生活质量评分、肝功能、肿瘤标志物、生存率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的ORR和DCR显著高于对照组。观察组KPS评分均显著高于对照组,ECOG评分显著低于对照组。观察组ALT、AST、TBIL水平均显著低于对照组,ALB 水平显著高于对照组。观察组血清AFP、VEGF、MMP-9均显著低于对照组。观察组OS、PFS、1年生存率、2年生存率均显著高于对照组。观察组各不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组。结论:微波消融术联合胸腺法新注射液可显著提高对胃癌合并肝转移的疗效,提高患者生活质量,改善肝功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of microwave ablation combined with thymus injection in the treatment of gastric cancer with liver metastasis.Methods 86 patients with advanced gastric cancer complicated with liver metastasis were selected from January 2016 to January 2018.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated by microwave ablation and the observation group by microwave ablation combined with thymus injection.The short-term curative effect,quality of life score,liver function,tumor markers,survival rate and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the ORR,DCR of return in the observation group were significantly higher.The KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and ECOG score was significantly lower.Compared with the control group,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in the observation group were significantly lower,and ALB was significantly higher.Compared with the control group,the serum AFP,VEGF and MMP-9 of the observation group were significantly lower.The OS,PFS,1 year survival rate and 2 year survival rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower.Conclusion Microwave ablation combined with thymus injection can significantly improve the efficacy of gastric cancer with liver metastasis,improve the quality of life of patients and improve liver function.
