36616例呼吸道感染患者腺病毒核酸检测结果分析 被引量:5

Analysis of the results of adenovirus nucleic acid detection in 36616 patients with respiratory tract infection in Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital

摘要 目的:统计2016年8月~2019年12月湖南省人民医院36616例呼吸道感染患者腺病毒核酸检测结果并分析其流行病学特点。方法:采集2016年8月~2019年12月36616例因呼吸道感染症状来湖南省人民医院门诊就诊或因呼吸系统疾病在该院住院患者的鼻咽部分泌物或肺泡灌洗液标本,进行人腺病毒核酸检测,并对结果进行回顾性分析。结果:近三年来人腺病毒核酸阳性患者在呼吸道感染患者中所占比例逐年增加,总阳性率24.70%(9043/36616);人腺病毒感染不存在性别差异;人腺病毒感染与年龄分布相关,婴幼儿更易感,3岁以下阳性患者5971例(16.30%),12岁以内的阳性患者8760例(23.92%);人腺病毒感染与季节相关,春季(3~5月)易感,阳性率为7.85%,明显高于秋季(3.64%),夏季(7.27%)和冬季(6.97%)腺病毒感染率相近。结论:腺病毒是湖南省呼吸道感染患者的重要病原体。 Objective Collecting the detection results of adenovirus nucleic acid from 36,616 patients with respiratory tract infection in Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital from August 2016 to December 2019 and analyzing its epidemiological characteristics.Methods Nasopharyngeal secretions or alveolar lavage fluid specimens from 36,616 patients who came to the outpatient department of Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital due to respiratory tract infection symptoms or were hospitalized due to respiratory system diseases from August 2016 to December 2019 were collected and human adenovirus nucleic acids were detected,and the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results Over the past three years,the proportion of human adenovirus nucleic acid positive patients among respiratory infections has increased yearly,with a total positive rate of 24.70%(9043/36616);there is no gender differences in human adenovirus infection;human adenovirus infection is related to age distribution,infants and young children are more susceptible,5971 positive patients(16.30%)under 3 years old,8760 positive patients(23.92%)under 12 years old;Human adenovirus infection is related to seasons,spring susceptibility,with a positive rate of 7.85%,significantly higher than in autumn(3.64%),adenovirus infection rates are similar in summer(7.27%)and winter(6.97%).Conclusion Adenovirus is an important pathogen of respiratory infection patients in Hunan Province.
