针灸治疗对神经根型颈椎病患者的疗效及炎症因子、氧化应激及血液流变学的影响

Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Patients and Its Influence to Inflammatory Cytokine,Oxidative Stress and Hemorheology

目的:分析针灸治疗对神经根型颈椎病患者的疗效及炎症因子、氧化应激及血液流变学的影响。方法:收集2019年6月~2020年6月于内蒙古包头市第四医院的中医科康复科收治的神经根型颈椎病患者140例,根据患者治疗方式分为观察组及对照组,给予对照组患者保守治疗及手术治疗。观察组在在给予保守、手术治疗的同时结合针刺治疗。4周后观察并比较两组患者疗效,采集患者治疗前后的空腹静脉血,采用血液流变仪测定患者血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学相关因子水平,采用ELISA法检测所有患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)相关氧化应激因子及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)等炎症反应相关因子水平,比较神经根型颈椎病患者治疗前后的炎症反应、氧化应激及血液流变学变化。结果:观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组。相较于对照组,观察组患者SOD水平明显升高,MDA水平明显降低,观察组患者TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β水平明显降低,观察组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、纤维蛋白原水平明显降低。结论:针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的疗效较常规治疗好,可有效调节患者炎症反应,抑制患者的氧化应激状态,改善患者的血液流变学,可在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and the influence of inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and hemorheology.Methods 140 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to the rehabilitation department of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of the fourth hospital of Baotou City in Inner Mongolia from June 2019 to June 2020 were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods of patients,and patients in control group were given conservative treatment and surgical treatment.The observation group was given conservative and surgical treatment combined with acupuncture treatment.After 4 weeks,the curative effect was observed and compared between the two groups.Fasting venous blood was collected before and after treatment.The levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity high shear,whole blood viscosity low shear,fibrinogen and other Hemorheology related factors were measured by blood rheometer.The serum superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) related oxidative stress factors and tumor damage were detected by ELISA The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1 β and other inflammatory reaction related factors were compared before and after treatment in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the level of SOD in the observation group was significantly increased,the level of MDA was significantly decreased,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1 β in the observation group were significantly decreased,and the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity high shear,whole blood viscosity low shear and fibrinogen level in the observation group were significantly decreased.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has better curative effect than conventional treatment,can effectively regulate the inflammatory reaction of patients,inhibit the level of oxidative stress,improve the hemorheology of patients,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
