LC+EPO治疗维持性HD肾性贫血患者的临床疗效及安全性

The clinical efficacy and safety of LC+EPO in treating the renal anemia patients with maintenance HD

目的:探析左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗维持性血液透析(HD)肾性贫血患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:分析2017年8月~2018年4月在我院接受诊断治疗的60例维持性HD肾性贫血患者的临床资料。随机将入选者分成联合组(LC+EPO,30例)和对照组(单纯EPO治疗,30例)两组。比较两组患者的基线资料、治疗前后的实验室指标、治疗后的临床症状改善情况、不良反应发生情况及患者的满意度。结果:两组患者的基线资料无明显统计学差异。联合组治疗后的实验室各指标水平均明显高于治疗前,且治疗后联合组的各实验室指标水平水平均明显高于对照组。联合组治疗后的临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组,满意度(93.3%)明显高于对照组(60.0%),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:LC+EPO可安全有效改善维持性HD肾性贫血患者的临床症状,并纠正贫血状态,临床疗效突出。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of L-carnitine(LC)combined with erythropoietin(EPO)in treating the renal anemia patients with maintenance hemodialysis(HD).Methods Clinical data of 60 renal anemia patients with maintenance HD received treatment at our hospital from August,2017 to April,2018 was retrospectively analyzed.Patients included were divided into two groups at random,combined group(LC+EPO,30 cases)and control group(EPO,30 cases).The general information,the laboratory indexes levels before and after treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment,the adverse reactions and the degree of satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results The general information in two groups had no statistical difference.The laboratory indexes levels after treatment were obviously higher than those before treatment in observe group,and the laboratory indexes levels in observe group were obviously higher than those in control group after treatment.The improvement in observe group(93.3%)was obviously better than that in control group,the degree of satisfaction in observe group was obviously higher than that in control group(60.0%),and the rate of adverse reactions was obviously lower than that in control group.Conclusion The treatment of LC combined with EPO could safely improve the clinlcal symptoms of renal anemia patients with maintenance HD and correcte of the state of anaemia,and the clinical efficacy is significant.
