不同手术方式对鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者免疫应激指标与炎性应激指标的影响比较

Comparison on the influence of different operation methods for the immune stress indexes and inflammatory stress indexes of patients with nasal inverted papilloma

目的:观察与比较不同手术方式对鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者免疫应激指标与炎性应激指标的影响情况。方法:选取2011年6月~2016年8月期间于本院进行手术治疗的64例鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者为研究对象,将64例患者随机分为两组,A组的32例患者进行开放式手术治疗,B组的32例患者进行鼻内镜手术治疗,然后检测与比较两组围术期的免疫应激指标与炎性应激指标。结果:术前两组的免疫应激指标与炎性应激指标比较无明显差异;而术后不同时间B组的免疫应激指标与炎性应激指标均显著地好于A组。结论:鼻内镜手术对鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者免疫应激指标与炎性应激指标的影响明显好于开放式手术,因此认为鼻内镜手术更为适用于鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者的治疗。

Objective To observe and compare the influence situation of different operation methods for the immune stress indexes and inflammatory stress indexes of patients with nasal inverted papilloma.Methods 64 patients with nasal inverted papilloma in our hospital from June 2011 to August 2016 were selected as the research object,and 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in group A were treated with open operation,32 patients in group B were treated with nasal endoscopic operation,then the immune stress indexes and inflammatory stress indexes of two groups during the perioperative period were detected and compared.Results?There?was?no?significant?difference?between?immune?stress?index?and?inflammatory?stress?index?between?the?two?groups?before?operation.while the immune stress indexes and inflammatory stress indexes of group B at different time after the operation were all significantly better than those of group A.Conclusion The influence of nasal endoscopic operation for the immune stress indexes and inflammatory stress indexes of patients with nasal inverted papilloma are obviously better than those of open operation,so the nasal endoscopic operation is more suitable to the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma.
