腰椎间盘突出患者血清Caspase-3、TFAR19、Apaf-1、IL-1β和IL-6水平及意义 被引量:9

Serum levels of Caspase-3,TFAR19,Apaf-1,IL-1β and IL-6 in patients with lumbar disc herniation and their significance

摘要 目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出患者血清含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶-3(Caspase-3)、TF-1细胞凋亡相关基因19(TFAR19)、凋亡酶激活因子1(Apaf-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及临床意义。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年10月在我院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者117例(观察组),其中单一节段突出患者79例,多节段突出患者38例,同时选取健康体检者100例作为对照组,检测血清Caspase-3、TFAR19、Apaf-1、IL-1β和IL-6水平。结果:观察组血清Caspase-3、TFAR19、Apaf-1、IL-1β和IL-6分别为(15.82±1.28)pmol/L、(2.03±0.82)ng/mL、(187.29±24.53)pg/mL、(0.43±0.13)μg/L和(132.02±34.48)μg/L,明显高于对照组;观察组多节段突出患者血清Caspase-3、TFAR19和Apaf-1分别为(17.82±1.41)pmol/L、(2.21±0.89)ng/mL和(209.92±30.02)pg/mL,明显高于单一节段突出患者;观察组突出程度Ⅲ~Ⅳ度患者血清Caspase-3、TFAR19和Apaf-1分别为(17.72±1.50)pmol/L、(2.15±0.92)ng/mL和(208.13±29.71)pg/mL,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ度患者;IL-1β和IL-6水平与VAS评分呈正相关。腰椎间盘突出患者血清Caspase-3、TFAR19、Apaf-1、IL-1β和IL-6水平明显升高。结论:Caspase-3、TFAR19和Apaf-1水平与椎间盘突出节段数量有关,而IL-1β和IL-6与疼痛水平有关。 Objective To investigate the serum levels of Caspase-3,TFAR19,Apaf-1,IL-1βand IL-6 in patients with lumbar disc herniation and their clinical significance.Methods 117 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018(observation group),including 79 patients with single segment herniation and 38 patients with multi-segment herniation,100 healthy people were selected as control group.Results The serum levels of Caspase-3,TFAR19,Apaf-1,IL-1 and IL-6 in the observation group were(15.82±1.28)pmol/L,(2.03±0.82)ng/mL,(187.29±24.53)pg/ml,(0.43±0.13)mμg/L,(132.02±34.48)μg/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group;The serum levels of Caspase-3,TFAR 19 and Apaf-1 in patients with multi-segment herniation in the observation group were(17.82±1.41)pmol/L,(2.21±0.89)ng/mL and(209.92±30.02)pg/mL,which were significantly higher than those in the patients with single segmental herniation;The serum levels of Caspase-3,TFAR 19 and Apaf-1 in patients with grade III-IV protrusion in the observation group were(17.72±1.50)pmol/L,(2.15±0.92)ng/mL and(208.13±29.71)pg/mL,which were significantly higher than those in patients with grade I-II protrusion;There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 between the patients with multi-segment herniation and those with single-segment herniation in the observation group;The levels of IL-1βand IL-6 were positively correlated with VAS scores(r=0.406 and 0.725);Serum levels of Caspase-3,TFAR 19,Apaf-1,IL-1βand IL-6 are significantly increased in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Conclusion The levels of Caspase-3,TFAR 19 and Apaf-1 are related to the number of segments of lumbar disc herniation,while the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 are related to the level of pain.
