步态诱发功能性电刺激联合镜像疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动的影响

Effect of gait-induced functional electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy on limb movement in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:研究步态诱发功能性电刺激联合镜像疗法对脑卒中偏瘫的疗效。方法:选择2015年3月~2018年3月我院的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为两组。给予对照组步态诱发功能性电刺激,观察组联用镜像疗法。比较两组的肢体运动功能、生活质量和平衡功能。结果:两组治疗后的FAC分级及TGA评分均明显升高,且观察组明显更高;两组的生活质量对比无差异;两组治疗后的Berg平衡量表评分均明显升高,且观察组明显更高。结论:步态诱发功能性电刺激联合镜像疗法能有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,促进平衡功能的恢复,改善生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of gait-induced functional electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy on limb movement in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 80 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given gait-induced functional electrical stimulation,while the observation group was given mirror therapy.The limb motor function,quality of life and balance function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FAC grade and TGA score of both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly higher.There was no difference in quality of life between the two groups.After treatment,the Berg balance scale scores of both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly higher.Conclusion Gait-induced functional electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy can effectively improve the limb motor function,promote the recovery of balance function and improve the quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
