小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合蒲地蓝对幼儿上呼吸道感染患者炎症因子水平的影响

Influences of Xiaoer Shenqiao Qingre Granule and Pudillan on Inflammatory Factor Levels in Infants with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合蒲地蓝对幼儿上呼吸道感染患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取我院2016年7月~2018年7月接诊的120例上呼吸道感染患儿进行研究。按照患者入院ID号进行随机分组,将患儿随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取蒲地蓝治疗,观察组采取小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合蒲地蓝治疗。治疗一周后,比较分析两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效、主要临床症状的改善情况、症状改善时间以及治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(83.33%)。观察组的扁桃体肿大、咽部充血总有效率(96.67%、95.00%)均明显高于于对照组(83.33%、81.67%)。观察组咽喉红肿、咳嗽、鼻塞流涕和退热的消失时间均明显短于对照组。治疗前,两组患儿的TNF-α、IL-6水平无明显差异。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平均明显低于对照组。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合蒲地蓝治疗幼儿上呼吸道感染的疗效显著,能够改善临床症状,缩短症状改善时间,改善患儿的炎症情况,值得临床上应用及推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoer Shengqiao Qingre Granule combined with Pudilan on the level of inflammatory factors in children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 120 children with upper respiratory tract infection who were admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to their ID number.The control group was treated with Pudilan,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Qiaoqiao Qingre Granule combined with Pudilan.After a week treatment,the clinical efficacy,improvement of main clinical symptoms,improvement time of symptoms and levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(96.67%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%).The total effective rates of tonsillar enlargement and pharyngeal congestion in the observation group(96.67%and 95.00%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(83.33%and 81.67%).The disappearance time of throat swelling,cough,nasal obstruction,runny nose and fever in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-a and IL-6 between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The curative effect of Xiaoer Qiaoqiao Qingre Granule combined with Pudi Blue in the treatment of infantile upper respiratory tract infection is remarkable,which can improve clinical symptoms,shorten the improvement time of symptoms and improve the inflammation of children.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
