不同浓度酒精对雌鼠卵巢功能的影响

Effects of different concentrations of alcohol on ovarian function in female rats

目的:研究不同浓度酒精对卵巢功能的影响。方法:研究组分别予10%、20%、30%酒精灌胃雌鼠4周和8周,对照组予等容积的蒸馏水灌胃4周和8周;采血检测FSH、LH、E2、AMH、INH-B水平,取大鼠卵巢组织称重。结果:灌胃4周时30%酒精组的E2、FSH水平、卵巢湿重均显著高于其他三组,AMH、INH-B均显著低于其他三组,20%酒精组FSH无显著变化,但AMH、INH-B显著低于对照组;灌胃8周时E2水平较灌胃4周时明显下降,10%和20%酒精组E2水平、卵巢湿量较灌胃4周时显著增加,且较同期30%酒精组及对照组高;10%酒精组的FSH、AMH、INH-B较对照组也有显著性变化。结论:长期低、中浓度酒精刺激和短时间高浓度酒精刺激均可使卵巢功能下降。

Objective To study the effect of different concentrations of alcohol on ovarian function.Methods The female rats in the study group were given 10%,20%and 30%alcohol for 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively,and the control group was given distilled water of equal volume for 4 weeks and 8 weeks;the levels of FSH,LH,E2,AMH,and INH-B were detected by blood sampling,and the ovarian tissues of the rats were weighed.Results The level of E2,FSH and wet weight of ovary in 30%alcohol group were significantly higher than those in the other three groups,and AMH and INH-B were significantly lower than those in the other three groups at 4 weeks after gavage,FSH of 20%alcohol group was not significantly changed,but AMH and INH-B were significantly lower than those of the control group at 4 weeks after gavage;The level of E2 in 30%alcohol group decreased significantly after 8 weeks of gavage compared with 4 weeks of gavage,The level of E2 and the amount of ovarian wetness in the 10%and 20%alcohol groups were significantly higher than those in the four weeks after gavage and than those in the 30%alcohol group and the control group;FSH,AMH,INH-B in the 10%alcohol group were also significantly different from those in the control group after 8 weeks of gavage.Conclusion Long-term low,medium,and short-term high concentration alcohol stimulation can decrease ovarian function.
