输尿管结石应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术的有效性及对患者氧化应激蛋白的影响

The efficacy of ureteral calculi under ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and its effect on oxidative stress protein in patients with ureteral calculi

目的:探讨输尿管结石应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术的有效性及对患者氧化应激蛋白的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的96例输尿管结石患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用气压弹道碎石术治疗,研究组应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗。比较两组患者全血粘度指标、氧化应激指标、炎性因子指标、红细胞积压和血浆黏度指标、并发症发生率、手术指标。结果:手术后,研究组全血粘度指标好于对照组,手术后,研究组氧化应激指标好于对照组,研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,同时手术指标好于对照组,研究组炎性因子指标好于对照组,手术后,研究组的红细胞积压和血浆黏度指标低于对照组。结论:对输尿管结石患者,使用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术的方法进行治疗,不仅治疗效果理想,而且降低了并发症症发生率,提高了治疗安全性,改善了患者的全血粘度和氧化应激指标。因此,临床上应进一步推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ureteral calculi under ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and its effect on oxidative stress protein in patients with ureteral calculi.Methods 96 ureteral calculi patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,and the research group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The whole blood viscosity index,oxidative stress index,inflammatory factor index,erythrocyte overstocking and plasma viscosity index,complication incidence rate and surgical index were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the team the whole blood viscosity index is better than the control group,after the operation,the team oxidative stress indicators better than the control group,the team complication rate is lower than the control group,at the same time,the operation indexes were better than control group,the team of inflammatory factor index is better than the control group,after the operation,the team of the backlog of red blood cells and plasma viscosity index is lower than the control group.Conclusion For patients with ureteral calculi,holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope is not only effective,but also can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the safety of treatment,and improve the whole blood viscosity and oxidative stress index.Therefore,it should be further popularized and applied clinically.
