2型糖尿病患者肠道菌落变化与胰岛素抵抗、C肽水平的关系 被引量:8

Changes of intestinal colony in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and their relationships with insulin resistance and C-peptide levels

摘要 目的:分析2型糖尿病患者肠道菌落变化及其与胰岛素抵抗、血清C肽(FCP)水平的关系。方法:选取我院收治的2型糖尿病患者与健康体检者各60例为研究对象,分别纳入观察组与对照组,定性、定量分析并比较2组肠道菌落(酵母菌、双歧杆菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌科细菌、乳酸杆菌以及拟杆菌)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、FCP水平,并分析肠道菌落与HOMA-IR、FCP水平的相关性。结果:观察组肠道菌落中酵母菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌科细菌量明显高于对照组,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌以及拟杆菌量明显低于对照组;观察组HOMA-IR明显高于对照组,FCP水平明显低于对照组;肠球菌与sICAM-1呈正相关,双歧杆菌与sICAM-1呈负相关;肠球菌与FCP水平呈负相关,双歧杆菌与FCP水平呈正相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者肠道菌落中酵母菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌科细菌明显增多,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、拟杆菌明显减少,其中肠球菌与sICAM-1呈正相关但与FCP水平呈负相关,双歧杆菌与sICAM-1呈负相关但与FCP水平呈正相关。 Objective To analyze the changes of intestinal colony in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and their relationships with insulin resistance and serum C peptide(FCP)levels.Methods Sixty patients with T2DM and 60 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study.They were included in the observation group and the control group,respectively.Qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed.Intestinal colonies(yeast,bifidobacteria,Enterococci,Enterobacteriaceae,Lactobacilli and Bacteroides),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and FCP levels were compared between the two groups.The correlations among intestinal colonies,HOMA-IR and FCP levels were analyzed.Results The amount of yeast,Enterococci and Enterobacteriaceae in intestinal colonies of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the amount of Bifidobacteria,Lactobacilli and Bacteroides was significantly lower than that in the control group.The HOMA-IR in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the FCP level was significantly lower than that in the control group.Enterococcus was positively correlated with sICAM-1,and Bifidobacterium was negatively correlated with sICAM-1.Enterococcus was negatively correlated with the FCP level,and Bifidobacterium was positively correlated the FCP level.Conclusion Yeast,Enterococci and Enterobacteriaceae are significantly increased while Bifidobacteria,Lactobacilli and Bacteroides are significantly decreased in intestinal colonies of patients with T2DM.Enterococcus is positively correlated with sICAM-1 but negatively correlated with the FCP level.Bifidobacterium is negatively correlated with sICAM-1 but positively correlated with the FCP level.
