血液透析患者钙磷水平变化及与SGA、血清白蛋白、血脂水平的相关性研究

Clinical significance of calcium phosphorus,SGA,serum albumin and blood lipid levels in hemodialysis patients

目的:观察血液透析患者的主观综合性营养评估(SGA)、血清白蛋白、血脂和钙磷水平,并分析钙磷水平与SGA、血清白蛋白、血脂水平的相关性。方法:选取2016年3月~2017年12月在我院接受血液透析治疗的患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在我院体检的健康成年人作为对照。观察血透组患者和对照组、血透患者治疗前后SGA、血清白蛋白、血脂和钙磷水平的差异,分析血透患者钙磷水平与SGA、血清白蛋白、血脂水平的相关性。结果:血透组患者的SGA评分、白蛋白、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白)均低于对照组,TG(甘油三酯)、TC(总胆固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)、血钙和血磷水平高于对照组;治疗后,血透组患者的SGA评分、白蛋白、HDL-C水平较治疗前增高,血钙和血磷水平较治疗前降低;TG、TC和LDL-C较治疗前降低;血液透析患者的钙磷水平与SGA、白蛋白、HDL-C水平负相关,与TG、TC和LDL-C水平正相关。结论:血液透析患者的SGA、白蛋白、HDL-C水平较低,TG、TC和LDL-C水平较高,且钙磷水平与上述指标具有明显相关性。

s]Objective To observe the levels of SGA,serum albumin,blood lipids and calcium and phosphorus in hemodialysis patients,and analyze their correlation with the patients’condition.Methods The patients who received hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and the healthy adults who had been examined in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control.The levels of SGA,serum albumin,blood lipid and calcium and phosphorus were observed before and after the treatment of hemodialysis patients and the control group and the hemodialysis patients.The correlation of calcium and phosphorus levels with SGA,serum albumin and blood lipid levels in hemodialysis patients was analyzed.Results The SGA score,albumin and HDL-C in the hemodialysis group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,blood calcium and blood phosphorus were higher than those of the control group.After treatment,the SGA score and albumin in the hemodialysis group were higher than those before the treatment,and the level of blood calcium and blood phosphorus was lower than that before the treatment.After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in hemodialysis group were lower than before treatment,and HDL-C level was higher than that before treatment.The level of calcium and phosphorus in patients with hemodialysis was negatively correlated with the levels of SGA,albumin and HDL-C,and positively correlated with the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C.Conclusion The levels of SGA,albumin and HDL-C were lower in hemodialysis patients,and the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C were higher.
