倍他乐克缓释片较倍他乐克平片对慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗优势

To evaluate the advantage of betaloc extended-release tablets and betaloc tablets in patients with chronic congestive heart failure

目的:评估倍他乐克缓释片较倍他乐克平片对慢性充血性心力衰竭(Chronic congestive heart failure,CHF)临床治疗效果的优势。方法:连续性招募2015年2月~2017年1月就诊于我院心血管内科的CHF患者共70例,将患者随机平均分为观察组(n=35)及对照组(n=35)。所有受试者入院后均予常规CHF治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上予倍他乐克缓释片,对照组予倍他乐克平片。观察两组患者治疗前后BNP(brain natriuretic peptide)、心功能情况、临床治疗效果以及治疗过程中发生心源性休克、心因性死亡、慢性心力衰竭急性发作的情况。结果:(1)两组患者反应心衰的指标BNP均明显下降,观察组BNP水平显著低于对照组,观察组BNP降幅明显高于对照组。(2)两组患者LVEF较治疗前均有提升。观察组LVEF情况更好,?LVEDV及?LVESV改善更明显。(3)观察组患者临床症状显著好转,同时总体不良事件发生率显著低于对照组。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片可显著改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者临床症状,提高患者心功能,改善其临床预后。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of betaloc extended-release tablets and betaloc tablets in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 70 patients with CHF were randomly assigned into observation group(n=35)which were underwent conventional heart failure treatment and betaloc extended-release tablets sustained-release tablets and control group(n=35)which were underwent conventional heart failure treatment and betaloc tablets,and all of them admitted in cardiology departments in our hospital between February 2015 to January 2017.The level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),heart function,clinical efficacy and the occurrence of cardiogenic shock such as cardiogenic shock,psychogenic death and acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were observed in two groups.Results In this study,we found that:(1)the level of BNP were significantly decreased in two groups,meanwhile,observation group had significantly lower BNP than control group;(2)both groups had improved LVEF after therapy than before,what’s more,compared with the control group,the LVEF were higher in the observation group after therapy,and the?LVEDV and?LVESV improved more significantly;(3)compared with control group,observation group had a better clinical efficacy and lower incidence of adverse events,after therapy.Conclusions Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets can significantly improve chronic congestive heart failure patients’clinical symptoms,heart function and prognosis.
