高锰酸钾坐浴联合冷热疗法对顺产产妇会阴侧切切口愈合及疼痛程度的影响研究

Effects of potassium permanganate sitting bath combined with cold and hot therapy on wound healing and pain degree of parturients with lateral episiotomy

目的:探讨高锰酸钾坐浴联合冷热疗法对顺产产妇会阴侧切切口愈合及疼痛程度的影响。方法:回顾性分析2017年12月~2019年6月在我院顺产且接受会阴侧切的176例产妇的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同,分为研究组(92例)和对照组(84例)。对照组给予高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,研究组给予高锰酸钾坐浴联合冷热疗法治疗,分析比较两组产妇切口愈合及疼痛程度。结果:治疗前,两组产妇视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较无显著差异;治疗后,两组VAS评分均明显降低,且研究组降低幅度更为显著。研究组伤口疼痛改善率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。研究组和对照组甲级、乙级、丙级愈合率分别为55.43%、41.30%、3.26%和40.48%、45.24%、14.29%,两组甲级愈合率和丙级愈合率比较,差异有统计学意义。研究组切口愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:高锰酸钾坐浴联合冷热疗法可有效降低顺产产妇会阴侧切切口疼痛程度,加快切口愈合,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of potassium permanganate sitting bath combined with cold and hot therapy on wound healing and pain degree of parturients with lateral episiotomy.Methods The clinical data of 176 parturients with lateral episiotomy who received treatment in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 was retrospective analyzed.Parturients were divided into study group(92 cases)and control group(84 cases)according to therapy method.Parturients in the study group were treated with potassium permanganate sitting bath therapy,and parturients in the control group were treated with potassium permanganate sitting bath combined with cold and hot therapy.The wound healing and pain degree in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the two groups had no significant difference before treatment.After treatment,the VAS score was significantly reduced in both groups,and the VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference with statistical significance.The improvement rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The grade A,grade B and grade C incision healing rates of the study group and the control group were 55.43%,41.30%,3.26%and 40.48%,45.24%,14.29%,respectively.The differences of grade A and grade C incision healing rates between the two groups was statistically significant.The wound healing time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion Potassium permanganate sitting bath combined with cold and hot therapy can effectively reduce the pain degree in the parturients with lateral episiotomy,accelerate the wound healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
