氨磺必利对精分患者的治疗效果及对PRL、糖代谢水平的影响

Effect of amisulpride on patients with spermatogenesis and its influence on PRL and glucose metabolism in patients

目的:探讨首发精神分裂症患者采用氨磺必利治疗的效果及对患者血清泌乳素(PRL)、糖代谢水平的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月~2017年4月收治的90例首发精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各45例,观察组采用氨磺必利治疗、对照组采用利培酮治疗;对比两组患者治疗前后的阳性阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、血清PRL、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者的PANSS总分差异不具有统计学意义;治疗4周、治疗8周后,两组患者的PANSS总分较治疗前显著的降低,观察组患者的PANSS总分均低于对照组;治疗前,两组患者的血清PRL、FPG、2hPG、Fins、HOMA-IR测定值差异不具有统计学意义;治疗8周后,观察组患者的PRL、FPG、2hPG、Fins、HOMA-IR测定值均低于对照组;治疗8周后,观察组患者的临床疗效优于对照组。结论:首发精神分裂症患者采用氨磺必利治疗的效果优于利培酮,同时对患者的血清PRL水平及糖代谢影响更小。

Objective To investigate the effect of amisulpride in patients with first-episode schizophrenia and its effect on serum prolactin(PRL)and glucose metabolism.Methods 90 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with amisulpride and the control group.Risperidone treatment;comparison of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores before and after treatment,serum PRL,fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2h blood glucose(2hPG),fasting insulin(Fins),insulin resistance index(HOMA)-IR and clinical efficacy.Results Before treatment,the difference of PANSS scores between the two groups was not statistically significan.After 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,the total score of PANSS in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.The total score of PANSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in serum PRL,FPG,2hPG,Fins and HOMA-IR between the two groups before treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the measured values of PRL,FPG,2hPG,Fins and HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Patients with first-episode schizophrenia treated with amisulpride were superior to risperidone and had less effect on serum PRL and glucose metabolism.
