乌拉地尔联合培哚普利叔丁胺片对高血压的疗效

The effects of urapidil combined with perindopril on hypertension

目的:研究乌拉地尔联合培哚普利治疗高血压的效果及其作用机制。方法:选择100例高血压患者,按照患者入院顺序编号,采用奇偶数法分为两组,各50例。对照组单纯口服培哚普利治疗,观察组采取乌拉地尔联合培哚普利治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,以及治疗前后血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)和一氧化氮(NO)水平变化。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后,两组动态血压均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,两组血清IGF-1、ACE水平均明显降低,NO水平明显升高,且观察组改善更明显。结论:乌拉地尔联合培哚普利可更有效控制高血压患者的血压水平,其作用机制与升高血清NO和降低IGF-1和ACE水平有关。

Objective To investigate the effects of urapidil combined with perindopril on hypertension.Methods 100 cases with hypertension were divided into two groups according to patient admission sequence number,each group had 50 cases.The control group were treated with perindopril,while the observation group were treated with uradil combined with perindopril.The treatment effect and serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)and nitric oxide(NO)before and after treatment were compared in two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group.After treatment,the average diastolic pressure in both groups were significantly lower,and the observation group was significantly lower.The serum levels of IGF-1 and ACE were decreased significantly in both groups,and the NO level was increased significantly,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group.Conclusion Urapidil combined with perindopril could effectively control the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension,the mechanism of action was related to the elevation of serum NO and the decrease of igf-1 and ACE levels.
