磷酸肌酸钠在小儿病毒性心肌炎治疗中的临床应用研究

Clinical application of sodium creatine phosphate in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children

目的:探讨在患儿病毒性心肌炎治疗中实施注射用磷酸肌酸钠的应用效果,为临床医学提供参考。方法:选取2015年1月~2018年6月我院接诊的病毒性心肌炎儿童150例,并按随机数字表法,将所有患儿分为对照组(75例)和研究组(75例)。对照组75例患儿采取常规护心措施进行治疗,研究组75例患儿在对照组治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠治疗。治疗2周后,对两组患儿治疗后临床疗效、心电图疗效以及治疗前后MB水平变化进行对比分析。结果:研究组患儿临床疗效总有效率(89.33%)显然比对照组(64.28%)高,差异有统计学意义;研究组患儿心电图总有效率(85.33%)明显比对照组(64.28%)高,差异有统计学意义;两组患儿治疗后CK-MB水平均有明显降低,但研究组患儿降低幅度明显比对照组大,差异有统计学意义。结论:加用磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎取得满意效果,不仅能有效缓解患儿病毒性心肌炎的临床症状,同时使患儿心电图有较好恢复,CK-MB水平也显著降低,有效保护心肌细胞,改善患儿的心肌代谢异常情况,值得借鉴并推广实施。

Objective To explore the application effect of sodium creatine phosphate for injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children,and supply related consultation basis for clinical medicine.Method 150 children with viral myocarditis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected.All children were divided into control group(75 cases)and study group(75 cases)according to the random number table method.75 patients in the control group were treated with conventional heart-protection measures.75 patients in the study group were treated with sodium creatine phosphate on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram effect and MB changes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(89.33%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.28%),and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram(85.33%)in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(64.28%)high,the difference was statistically significant;The CK-MB levels were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment,but the reduction in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Adding sodium creatine phosphate to treat children with viral myocarditis has achieved satisfactory results,not only effectively alleviating the clinical symptoms of viral myocarditis,but also improving the ECG of children,and significantly reducing the level of CK-MB,effectively protecting cardiomyocytes.To improve the abnormalities of myocardial metabolism in children,it is worthy of reference and promotion.
