贝前列素钠联合复方丹参滴丸在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变中的效果观察

The clinical effects of Beraprost Sodium combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨贝前列素钠联合复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法:2016年12月~2018年12月我院神经内科收治的82例DPN患者为研究对象随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。所有患者均予以糖尿病常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以贝前列素钠,观察组予以贝前列素钠和复方丹参滴丸。连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV),足部压力觉异常点数,MNSI症状问卷和足部检查评分,视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS),以及血液流变学改变。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(92.6%vs 77.8%),差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后MCV和SCV均较治疗前提高,足部压力觉异常点数均较治疗前减少,MNSI和VAS评分均较治疗前降低,而观察组改善较对照组更加明显,差异均有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率和血小板粘附率均降低,而观察组各指标降低较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义。结论:贝前列素钠联合复方丹参滴丸治疗DPN的效果显著,能够改善患者神经传导速度和足部感觉,减轻疼痛,能够改善患者血液流变学。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Beraprost Sodium combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods From January 2015 to August 2017,82 patients with DPN treated in our hospital were randomly assigned into control group and observation group,with 41 patients in each group.All of the patients were treated with routine treatment of diabetes.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated with Beraprost Sodium,while patients in the observation group were treated with Beraprost Sodium combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills.The course of treatment was 3 months.Before and after treatment,the following indicators of the two groups were compared:Motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),abnormal foot plantar pressure,MNSI symptom questionnaire and foot test score,visual analogue pain score and Hemorheology.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.6%vs 77.8%).After treatment,the MCV and SCV in the two groups was improved,the abnormal foot plantar pressure was decreased,the MNSI and VAS score was decreased,and the improvement in observation group was more obviously,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and platelet adhesion rate in the two groups were decreased,while the indexes of the observation group were decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Beraprost Sodium combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills has a significant effect on DPN.It can improve nerve conduction velocity and foot sensation,relieve pain and improve hemorheology.
