2010-2019年河南省新乡市男男性行为人群艾滋病流行特征

Epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men in Xinxiang,Henan from 2010 to 2019

目的了解新乡市男男性行为(MSM)人群艾滋病流行特征,为制定该人群艾滋病防控措施提供参考。方法收集2010-2019年新乡市MSM人群HIV/AIDS病例的历史报告卡片数据,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果累计报告MSM人群HIV/AIDS病例数509例,每年新报告病例数从5例增至98例,构成比从6.17%增至35.77%(P<0.05)。MSM人群HIV/AIDS病例以20~39岁为主(323例,63.46%),未婚255例(50.10%),文化程度以初中及以上居多(486例,95.48%);职业以农民为主(201例,39.49%),其次是家政、家务及待业(108例,22.22%);样本主要来源于就医诊疗(191例,37.52%)和检测咨询(188例,36.94%)。结论新乡市MSM人群艾滋病流行呈上升趋势,应强化宣传教育、扩大重点人群的检测范围、行为干预等防控措施。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV infection among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Xinxiang from 2010 to 2019,and provide the evidence for HIV-prevention and control strategy developing.Methods Historical reported cards data of HIV infection among MSM from 2010 to 2017 were collected to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV infection.Results 509 cases of HIV/AIDS among MSM were reported from 2010 to 2019,and the number of yearly reported new cases increased from 5 to 98.The proportion of HIV/AIDS cases among MSM increased from 6.17%to 35.77%(P<0.05).The HIV/AIDS cases among MSM were mainly 20-39 years old(323 cases;63.46%);255(50.10%)cases were unmarried;most of them had junior high school education or above(486 cases;95.48%);majority of cases were farmers(201 cases;39.49%),followed by housekeeping or waiting for employment(108 cases,22.22%).Samples were mainly from clinics(191 cases;37.52%)and Voluntary Counseling(188,36.94%).Conclusion HIV/AIDS epidemic among MSM in Xinxiang has shown an increasing trend.The publicity and education should be strengthened;the detection scope of key groups,behavioral intervention and other prevention and control measures should be expanded.
