2015-2019年四川省泸州市艾滋病流行特征

Epidemiological characteristics of AIDS in Luzhou,Sichuan

目的分析2015-2019年泸州市艾滋病流行特征,为今后制定科学的防控策略提供依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法对疫情数据进行分析。结果2015-2019年泸州市艾滋病病例数为8720例,呈逐年上升趋势,男女比例为2.87∶1。各区县每年的增长率波动较大,合江县和叙永县年均增长率超过50%。50岁以上的艾滋病患者所占比例从2015年的48.35%上升到了2019年的74.78%。艾滋病传播途径以异性传播为主,占93.95%;异性传播中以商业性行为为主,占58.58%;非婚非商呈增长趋势,2019年非婚非商占33.00%。职业分布中,以农民为主,占72.25%;其次是家政家务及待业,占15.55%。结论艾滋病病例数增长迅速,疫情形势依然严峻。应对50岁以上人群开展针对性的创新宣传教育。对异性传播重点人群,要完善防治体系,并加大宣传教育。

Objective Analysis of the epidemic characteristics of AIDS in Luzhou city provides an evidence for further formulating scientific prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze and evaluate epidemic data.Results From 2015 to 2019,the number of AIDS cases in Luzhou city showed an upward trend year by year,and the male to female ratio was 2.87∶1.The annual growth rates in various districts and counties fluctuated greatly.The average annual growth rate in Hejiang county and Xuyong county exceeded 50%.The proportion of AIDS patients over the age of 50 years increased from 48.35%in 2015 to 74.78%in 2019.AIDS was mainly transmitted through heterosexual transmission,accounting for 93.95%;heterosexual transmission was dominated by commercial sex,accounting for 58.58%;non-married non-businesses were on the increase,and non-married non-businesses accounted for 33.00%in 2019.In the occupational distribution,farmers were most common,accounting for 72.25%,followed by housekeeping,housework and unemployed,accounting for 15.55%.Conclusion The number of AIDS cases has increased rapidly,and the epidemic situation remains severe.It is suggested to carry out targeted and innovative publicity and education for people over 50.For key populations of heterosexual transmission,it is necessary to improve the prevention system and increase publicity.
