河南省安阳市部分医院洁净手术室综合性能监测

Comprehensive performance monitoring of clean operating rooms in some hospitals of Anyang,Henan

目的了解安阳市医院洁净手术室综合性能状况,保障洁净手术室的高效运行。方法随机抽取安阳市6家医院正常运行中的65间洁净手术室,在静态条件下进行现场监测。结果65间洁净手术室的尘埃粒子数、沉降菌浓度、浮游菌浓度的合格率分别为76.27%(48间)、78.46%(51间)、62.50%(38间)。微小气候中,温度、相对湿度的合格率分别为83.08%(54间)和90.77%(59间),静压差、噪声、照度合格率均为100.00%。尘埃粒子数、沉降菌浓度的手术区与周边区的合格率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);浮游菌浓度的合格率手术区(83.08%)高于周边区(58.46%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同级别手术室的尘埃粒子数合格率和沉降菌浓度合格率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),浮游菌浓度合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论监测的洁净手术室的空气质量指标合格率不理想,建议医院增加尘埃粒子数和浮游菌浓度的自测,并加强对洁净手术室的管理和监督力度。

Objective To understand the comprehensive performance of clean operating room in some hospitals of Anyang city and ensure the efficient operation of clean operating room.Methods 65 clean operating rooms in 6 hospitals in Anyang city were randomly selected for on-site monitoring under static conditions.Results The qualified rates of dust particle number,sedimentation bacteria concentration and planktonic bacteria concentration in 65 clean operating rooms were 76.27%(48 rooms),78.46%(51 rooms)and 62.50%(38 rooms),respectively.As for microclimate,the qualified rates of temperature and relative humidity were 83.08%(54 rooms)and 90.77%(59 rooms),respectively,and the qualified rates of static pressure difference,noise and illumination were all 100%.There was no significant difference in the qualified rate between the operation area and the surrounding area(P>0.05).The qualified rate of planktonic bacteria concentration in the operation area(83.08%)was higher than that in the surrounding area(58.46%)(P<0.05).There were statistical significant differences in the qualified rate of dust particle number(P<0.05)and settling bacteria concentration(P<0.05)in different levels of operating rooms,but there was no statistical significant difference in the qualified rate of planktonic bacteria concentration(P>0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of air quality index of clean operating room monitored was not ideal,and it was suggested that the hospital should increase the self-test of dust particle number and planktonic bacteria concentration,and strengthen the management and supervision of clean operating room.
