2017-2019年北京市房山区严重急性呼吸道感染住院病例病原学特征分析

Pathogenic characteristics of pharyngeal swab nucleic acid tests in hospitalized cases with severe acute respiratory infection in Fangshan district, Beijing, 2017-2019

目的分析北京市房山区严重急性呼吸道感染(Sever Acute Respiratory Infection,SARI)住院病例的病原学特征。方法对2017-2019年北京市房山区哨点医院354例SARI住院病例采集咽拭子标本进行病原学核酸检测,并对结果进行分析。结果在354例SARI住院病例中,检出病原体阳性121例,总阳性率34.18%。病毒阳性检出前三位为呼吸道合胞病毒(15.70%)、副流感病毒(15.70%)、肠道病毒(12.40%)。6~14岁组病原体阳性率最高(45.45%),其次为0~5岁组(45.19%)。不同年份、不同年龄组SARI住院病例病原体差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2017-2019年房山区SARI住院病例感染病原体以肺炎支原体和呼吸道合胞病毒等为主,不同年龄和时间的优势病原不同。

Objective To analyze the pathogenic characteristics of pharyngeal swab nucleic acid tests in Sever Acute Respiratory Infection(SARI)cases in Fangshan district,Beijing during 2017-2019.Methods Pharyngeal swabs for 354 hospitalized cases of SARI were collected,and nucleic acid tests were conducted in Fangshan sentinel hospitals during 2017-2019.The data were analyzed using descriptive epidemiology.Results Among 354 hospitalized cases of SARI,121 pathogens were detected positive,with a total positive rate of 34.18%.It was found that the major respiratory pathogens for virus detection were respiratory syncytial virus(15.70%),parainfluenza virus(15.70%)and enterovirus(12.40%).The highest positive rate was observed in 6-14 years group(45.45%),followed by 0-5 years group(45.19%).Of pathogens of acute respiratory infections that identified among the SARI at different years and age groups,the characteristics were different(P<0.05).Conclusions During 2017-2019,hospitalized cases with SARI in Fangshan were mainly caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae and respiratory syncytial virus.With different years and seasons,the dominant strains were different.
