福建省漳州市多种场所军团菌污染状况调查 被引量:3

Investigation of Legionella contamination in various sites in Zhangzhou,Fujian

摘要 目的调查漳州市多种场所中军团菌的污染现况,为研究军团菌的污染分布提供基础资料。方法采集不同类型环境样品进行军团菌检测,同时进行荧光PCR检测和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型。结果漳州市多种场所环境介质样品共304份,共检出军团菌阳性样品30份,阳性率为9.87%(30/304),其中,嗜肺军团菌25份,阳性菌株79株,检出率为8.22%(25/304),嗜肺军团菌血清型以LP1和LP14为优势菌型。LP3、LP5、LP6、LP7、LP8、LP12、LP14、LP15均有检出;非嗜肺军团菌检出率1.65%(5/304),阳性菌株46株,均为博茨曼军团菌。分离株经PFGE聚类分析,可分为26种带型。结论多种场所均受到军团菌污染,相关部门需对多种场所环境介质进行军团菌污染防治管理,防止军团菌病发生。 Objective To investigate the contamination of Legionella in various sites in Zhangzhou, and provide basic information for studying the contamination distribution of Legionella in Zhangzhou. Methods Environmental samples with different types were collected for Legionella detection. 44 positive strains were detected by fluorescent PCR and 61 positive strains were typed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis. Results 304 samples of environmental media were collected from various sites in Zhangzhou,and 30 positive samples of Legionella were detected, with a positive rate of 9.87%(30/304). 25 positive samples of Legionella pneumophila were detected, with a detection rate of 8.22%(25/304). The predominant serotypes of Legioella pneumoniae were LP1 and LP14. LP3, LP5, LP6, LP7, LP8, LP12, LP14 and LP15 were all detected. The detection rate of non-pneumophila was1.65%(5/304), and 46 positive strains were Legionella botsmannii. The strains were divided into 26 band types by PFGE cluster analysis. Conclusion Many environmental media in various sites are contaminated by Legionella. Relevant departments need to carry out prevention and control of Legionella contamination in environmental media in various sites to prevent Legionnaires disease.
