漯河市郾城区公共场所从业人员艾滋病相关知识调查

Investigation and analysis of knowledge about AIDS among employees in public places in Yancheng district,Luohe city

目的了解河南省漯河市郾城区公共场所从业人员艾滋病相关知识的认知情况,为制定有针对性的宣传策略提供依据。方法采取自填问卷方式,对郾城区820名公共场所从业人员进行调查,了解其对于艾滋病知识的认知程度。结果共发放问卷820份,回收有效问卷750份,有效回收率为91.47%。艾滋病相关知识认知情况中知晓率最高的是"是否知道艾滋病"(90.67%),知晓率最低的是"艾滋病宣传日是哪一天"(12.40%);获得艾滋病知识的途径以媒体(86.13%)为主;预防艾滋病的基本措施中知晓率最高的是拒绝吸毒(79.73%),最低是感染性病后及时治疗(22.00%),性生活时使用安全套的知晓率为47.07%。结论郾城区公共场所从业人员对艾滋病相关知识的认知有待进一步提高,应充分利用各类媒体,持续、广泛、深入、有效的开展艾滋病健康教育。

Objective To investigate the cognition of AIDS knowledge about employees in public places in Yancheng areas.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 820 employees in public places in Yancheng area to understand their knowledge about HIV/AIDS.Results 750 valid questionnaires were collected.In the cognition of AIDS-related knowledge,the highest awareness rate was"whether we know AIDS"(90.67%),and the lowest awareness rate was"which day is AIDS publicity day"(12.40%).The media was the most important source of AIDS knowledge(86.13%).Among the basic measures of AIDS prevention,the highest awareness rate was refusal to take drugs(79.73%),the lowest was timely treatment after infection of sexually transmitted diseases(22.00%),and the awareness rate of using condoms during sexual life was 47.07%.Conclusion The cognition of AIDS knowledge of employees in Yancheng areas should be further improved,relevant propaganda and education intervention measures should be taken,and various ways should be made full use of to carry out AIDS health education extensively,deeply and effectively.
