摘要
目的分析信阳市浉河区餐饮业发展现状,对卫生监督公示制度的实施效果进行评价。方法在信阳市浉河区随机抽取120家经营时间在3年以上的餐饮单位作为研究对象,调取浉河区卫生监督公示制度实施效果评价表,运用SPSS软件对餐饮单位公示制度实施效果进行分析。结果卫生监督公示制度实施前和实施后,120家餐饮单位食品卫生监督量化分级管理评定为A级的分别是32家(26.67%)和67家(55.83%),评定为B级的分别是69家(57.50%)和48家(40.00%),评定为C级的分别是19家(15.83%)和5家(4.17%);环境卫生和卫生管理项目在公示制度实施前和实施后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卫生监督公示制度实施后,信阳市浉河区餐饮单位的卫生情况得到较大提升,但仍有少量餐饮单位卫生指标不达标,需要进一步加强监督和管理。
Objective To analyze the development status of the catering industry in the Shihe district and evaluate the implementation effect of the hygiene supervision publicity system.Methods 120 catering industries which had been operating for more than 3 years in the Shihe district were randomly selected as the study objects,the evaluation form for the implementation effect of hygiene supervision publicity system in the Shihe District was collected,and the development status of the restaurant and the implementation effect of the hygiene supervision publicity system were analyzed using SPSS software.Results Before and after implementation of the publicity system,based on quantitative and hierarchical management evaluation results of food hygiene supervision in the 120 catering industries,there were 32(26.67%)and 67(55.83%)at the A level,69(57.50%)and 48(40.00%)at the B level,and 19(15.83%)and 5(4.17%)at the C level,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in environmental hygiene and hygiene management projects before and after the implementation of the publicity system(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of the health supervision publicity system,the health situation of catering industries in Shihe district of Xinyang city has been greatly improved,but there are still a small number of catering industries whose health indicators are not up to the standard,so it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision and management.
