2017-2020年度河南省周口市流感样病例监测结果

Analysis of surveillance results of influenza-like cases in Zhoukou,Henan,2017-2020

目的分析2017-2020年度周口市流感样病例(ILI)的监测结果,为制定流感防控措施提供依据。方法收集中国流感监测信息报告管理系统中2017-2020年度周口市2家哨点医院的ILI监测数据和流感暴发疫情资料,描述性分析ILI的时间分布、人群分布、ILI样本流感病毒核酸检测结果和暴发疫情情况。结果2017-2020年度周口市2家哨点医院共报告67002例ILI,占相关科室门急诊就诊病例总数的3.83%;0~4岁组ILI占总ILI的66.04%。检测ILI样本4469份,检出流感病毒核酸阳性1241份,阳性率为27.77%。1241份阳性标本中,季节性H3型276份,占22.24%;新甲H1型522份,占42.06%;B-Yamagata亚型230份,占18.53%;B-Victoria亚型208份,占16.76%。2017-2020年度周口市共报告3起流感暴发疫情,均发生在小学。结论周口市ILI具有明显的季节性,12月至次年1月高发,0~4岁组为高发人群;流感优势毒株在各型别间交替变化;应加强学校传染病防控工作,优先对高危人群进行流感疫苗接种。

Objective To analyze the surveillance results of influenza-like cases(ILI)from two sentinel hospitals in Zhoukou during the 2017-2020 surveillance period,and provide evidence for flu prevention and control strategies.Methods Surveillance data of ILI cases from 2 sentinel hospitals in Zhoukou during the 2017-2020 surveillance period were collected by the Chinese influenza surveillance information report management system,and the time and person distribution,influenza virus nucleic acid test results and outbreak situation of ILI were descriptively analyzed.Results A total of ILI 67002 cases were reported in Zhoukou from 2017-2020,accounting for 3.83%of the total number of outpatient and emergency cases in relevant departments.0-4 years old group had the most ILI cases,accounting for 66.04%.Among the 4469 specimens tested,1241 were influenza virus nucleic acid positive,with a positive rate of 27.77%.Of the 1241 positive specimens,276 were seasonal H3 type,accounting for 22.24%;522 were new A H1 type,accounting for 42.06%;230 were Yamagata type,accounting for 18.53%,and208 were Victoria type,accounting for 16.76%.There were three outbreaks of influenza reported,all in primary schools.Conclusion Influenza epidemic is seasonal,showing a high incidence of December and January of the following year,and the 0-4 years old group is the main susceptible group.The dominant strains of influenza virus changed from one type to another.It should be strengthened the prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools,and priority of influenza vaccination is recommended for high-risk groups.
