2009-2019年河南省三门峡市人间布鲁氏菌病流行特征

Epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Sanmenxia,Henan, from 2009 to 2019

目的分析2009-2019年河南省三门峡市人间布鲁氏菌病(布病)的流行病学特征,为该地区制定防控策略提供依据。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对三门峡市2009-2019年布病病例流行病学特征进行分析,利用公共卫生地理信息系统软件绘制地区分布图。结果2009-2019年三门峡市累计报告布病病例1005例,年均发病率3.72/10万;发病具有周期性,每年均有病例报告,3-8月为发病高峰,占病例总数的68.06%;病例主要集中在渑池县、灵宝市和陕州区;男性发病率(5.88/10万)高于女性(2.10/10万),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);发病以30~69岁人群为主,各年龄组发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);农民占病例总数的87.16%。结论三门峡市布病疫情存在波动趋势,患者以中老年的男性农民为主,应针对2019年布病上升趋势,加强重点县区和重点人群布病防控工作。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Sanmenxia from 2009 to 2019,and provide the scientific evidence for making strategies of disease prevention and control.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the characteristics of human brucellosis in Sanmenxia,2009-2019.GIS software was used to draw the regional distribution map.Results 1005 cases were reported in Sanmenxia during the period 2009-2019,with an average annual incidence rate of 3.72 cases per 100000 persons.The incidence was cyclical;cases were reported every year and the peak was from March to August,accounting for 68.06%of the total cases.The cases were mainly distributed in Mianchi county,Lingbao city and Shanzhou district.The incidence rate in males(5.88 per 100000)was significantly higher than that in females(2.10 per 100000),with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The people aged 30~69 years were high-risk group.There were statistically significant differences for the incidence rates of all age groups(P<0.001).Farmers accounted for 87.16%of all cases.Conclusion The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Sanmenxia has a fluctuating trend,and the patients are mainly middle-aged and elderly male farmers;in view of the rising trend in 2019,we should strengthen the prevention and control of brucellosis in high-risk counties,regions and populations.
