分散式妇科日间手术322例患者满意度及影响因素分析

Analysis of satisfaction and influencing factors in 322 patients undergoing decentralized gynecological day operation

目的对接受分散式妇科日间手术的患者进行满意度调查,分析影响患者满意度的因素,为改进分散式日间手术模式提供措施。方法对郑州大学第三附属医院妇科某病区于2019年3月至2020年8月收治的322名接受日间手术的患者采取自制问卷调查,并分析影响患者满意度的主要因素。结果322名调查对象中,以30~44岁(53.7%)、已婚(83.2%)、城镇(77.6%)妇女为主。单因素分析显示,不同文化程度、职业之间患者满意度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,文化程度是影响患者满意度的重要因素(P<0.05)。在日间手术的各项服务中,患者最不满意的服务是术前等待时间,与其它服务之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论患者对我院妇科日间手术服务整体满意度较高,但各项服务仍有进一步的改善空间。加大日间手术的宣传力度、缩短术前等待时间、关注患者的心理状态是完善分散式日间手术服务的重点。

Objective To conduct a satisfaction survey on patients undergoing decentralized gynecological day surgery,analyze the main factors that affect patient satisfaction,and provide an evidence for improving gynecological day surgery services.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted on 322 patients undergoing day surgery in the gynecological ward of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2019 to August 2020,and the main factors affecting patient satisfaction were analyzed.Results Among the 322 respondents,30-44 years old(53.7%),married(83.2%),and urban(77.6%)dominated by women.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in patient satisfaction among different education levels and occupation(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that education level was an important factor affecting patient satisfaction(P<0.05).The patients’most dissatisfied service was the waiting time before surgery,and the difference of satisfaction between the waiting time before surgery and other services was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Overall,patients had a high satisfaction with gynecological day surgery services,but there was still room for further improvement in the services of all links.Increasing the publicity of day surgery,shortening the waiting time before surgery,and paying attention to the psychological state of patients were the key points to perfect day surgery services.
