青海省海东市医共体下医护人员职业倦怠情况调查

A survey on the occupational burnout of medical staff in Haidong,Qinghai

目的了解海东市医共体医务人员的职业倦怠现状。方法采用Maslach工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对海东市民和县、乐都区、互助县县域内医共体共1973名医务人员职业倦怠现状进行横断面调查。结果结果显示海东市医共体大多数医务人员存在职业倦怠,其中轻度职业倦怠率为58.9%,重度职业倦怠率为5.3%。男性医护人员在情绪衰竭、情感疏远方面程度显著高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊科医务人员在情感衰竭、情感疏远方面程度显著高于其他科室,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作6~20年的医务人员在情感衰竭、情感疏远、个人成就感方面程度均高于其他工作年限者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海东市医共体中大多数医务人员存在轻度的职业倦怠,男性医务人员职业倦怠率明显高于女性,急诊科室医务人员职业倦怠程度最为严重。工作20年以下的医务人员随工作年限增加,职业倦怠情况也越来越显著,而工作年限超过20年后职业倦怠程度又有所下降。

Objective To understand the current situation of job burnout of medical staff in Haidong.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted;Maslach Job Burnout Scale(MBI-GS)was used to measure the level of job burnout among 1973 medical staff members from public hospitals in Haidong,including Minhe county,Ledu district and Huzhu county.Results The survey results showed that most of the medical staff of Haidong Medical Community had job burnout,of which the rate of mild job burnout was 58.9%and the rate of severe job burnout was 5.3%.Males saw higher levels of emotional failure and emotional alienation than females with a statistical significance(P<0.05);medical staff in emergency department saw higher levels of emotional failure and emotional alienation than those in other departments with a statistical significance(P<0.05);the levels of emotional exhaustion,emotional alienation,and personal achievement in medical staffs who have worked for 6~20 years were higher than the other with a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Most medical staff in Haidong city have mild job burnout;Male medical staff have significantly higher level of job burnout than females.Emergency department medical staff have the most serious job burnout.the job burnout level in medical staff working for less than 20 years becomes higher and higher with the increase of working years,and the level of job burnout decreases after working for more than 20 years.
