河南省两市新型冠状病毒肺炎医院感染防控现状

Current status of prevention and control of nosocomial infection for coronavirus disease 2019 in two regions of Henan province

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)医院感染防控现状,为防控工作提供科学支撑。方法选择焦作和济源两市代表性医院,采取"飞行调研"模式现场调研,探讨COVID-19医院感染防控存在的风险及问题,并提出针对性的整改措施和建议。结果调研发现,感染防控重视程度、医务人员防护意识和手卫生意识均较高,但是存在重点科室布局流程不合理、防控专业能力不足、人员不足或结构不合理、医疗废物管理不规范、防控措施落实不到位、医疗物资不足等问题。结论COVID-19医院感染防控形势严峻,需要国家相关部门给予政策支持,完善相关制度、机制、模式,提升医疗质量和医疗安全,有效应对突发传染病。

Objective To understand the status of prevention and control of nosocomial infection for corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)so as to provide scientific support for its prevention and control.Methods Flight research way was adopted to investigate the selected hospital in Jiaozuo and Jiyuan.The risks and questions existing of COVID-19 in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection was explored,and targeted rectification measures or suggestions were put forward.Results The results of investigation found that there were high importance attached to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection,high protective awareness,and good hand hygiene awareness in health-care workers.However,many questions remained,including unreasonable layout of key departments,insufficient professional ability of prevention and control,staff shortage or unreasonable structure,management non-standard management of medical wastes,dissatisfactory implementation of prevention and control measures,and insufficient medical supplies.Conclusion The prevention and control of nosocomial infections for COVID-19 still faces severe situation.To deal with the sharply increasing new infectious diseases,the related national departments should provide policy support,adjust associated institutions,system,and pattern to improve medical quality and safe.
