福州地区乳腺数字X射线摄影辐射剂量调查 被引量:2

Investigation on radiation dose of digital mammography in Fuzhou

摘要 目的评估福州地区乳腺数字X射线摄影的辐射剂量水平,为制定或修订福建省或全国医疗照射指导水平提供基础数据。方法选取福州地区的4家医院160例女性受检者,对头尾位(CC位)投照和侧斜位(MLO位)投照的临床曝光参数进行调查分析。结果本次调查的乳房压迫厚度中位数为44 mm;乳腺平均剂量的中位数为1.75 mGy;MLO位检查时的管电压、管电流时间积、入射体表空气比释动能、乳房压迫厚度、乳腺平均剂量均高于CC位,但两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着乳房压迫厚度的增加,乳腺平均剂量也呈增加趋势,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论福州地区MLO位和CC位的乳房压迫厚度均略高于全国的调查水平;乳腺平均剂量75%位值为2.25 mGy,高于国家标准,今后将进一步加强对乳腺平均剂量影响相关因素的研究。 Objective To evaluate the radiation dose level of digital mammography in Fuzhou.Methods A total of 160 female patients were selected from 4 hospitals in Fuzhou,the exposure parameters of craniocaudal(CC)and mediolateral oblique(MLO)were investigated.Results The median breast compression thickness was 44 mm,the median breast dose was 1.75 mGy.Tube voltage,tube current time product,air specific release kinetic energy,compression thickness of breast and average dose of breast in MLO were all higher than those in CC,but there was no statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05).With the increase of breast compression thickness,the average breast dose also increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The breast compression thickness at MLO and CC in Fuzhou was slightly higher than the national survey level;the median breast dose was 1.75 mGy,lower than the national standard,and the mean breast dose level was positively correlated with the thickness of breast compression.Further research on the related influencing factors of average breast dose should be strengthened in the future.
