51株血流感染金黄色葡萄球菌科室来源及耐药分析 被引量:1

Clinical distribution and drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus in patients with bloodstream infection in a hospital

摘要 目的分析血流感染患者中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(staphylococcus aureus,SA)的科室来源及其对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为血流感染患者的辅助诊断及治疗方案提供依据。方法对2017-2019年郑州市人民医院分离到的51株血流感染患者金黄色葡萄球菌用VITEK2-compact全自动细菌鉴定分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药物敏感实验,对实验结果及菌株科室来源进行描述性分析。结果2017-2019年郑州市人民医院分离到金黄色葡萄球菌的51例血流感染患者,14例(27.45%)来自ICU,6例(11.76%)来自骨科,5例(9.80%)来自呼吸科。51株金黄色葡萄球菌中,48株(94.12%)对青霉素耐药,33株(64.71%)对克林霉素耐药,31株(60.78%)对红霉素耐药,26株(50.98%)对庆大霉素耐药,未检测到对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、奎奴普丁/达福普汀及替加环素耐药菌株。结论血流感染金黄色葡萄球菌在ICU患者中最为常见,其对青霉素、克林霉素和红霉素等多种常见抗生素有较高耐药率,但对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、奎奴普丁/达福普汀及替加环素仍敏感。 Objective To investigate the clinical distribution of staphylococcus aureus(staphylococcus aureus,SA)and its antimicrobial resistance in patients with bloodstream infection and to provide evidence for the treatment and rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods A VITEK 2–compact automatic bacterial analyzer was used for bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test for clinically isolated bloodstream infections of SA in people’s hospital of Zhengzhou.Results 51 strains of SA were isolated and distributed in various departments of the hospital,including ICU(27.45%),orthopedics(11.76%)and respiratory department(9.80%).The results showed that the drug resistance rates of SA to penicillin,clindamycin erythromycin and gentamicin were 94.12%,64.71%,60.78%,50.98%,respectively.No strains of SA were found resistant to linezolid,vancomycin,quinuprine/dalfopristin,tigecycline.Conclusion Bloodstream infections of SA were common in ICU,the resistant rates of bloodstream infections of SA to most antibiotics were high,but bloodstream infections of SA still kept highly sensitive to linezolid,vancomycin,quinuprine/dalfopristin and tigecycline.
