基于VOSviewer及CiteSpace的新型冠状病毒中文和英文研究主题对比分析

Comparative analysis of research topics of Chinese and English COVID-19 studies based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

目的利用文献计量可视化方法对新型冠状病毒中、英文研究的热点主题进行对比分析,以期为新型冠状病毒的研究和发展提供借鉴。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)和PubMed数据库,获得新型冠状病毒研究的相关信息。运用VOSviewer 1.6.13和CiteSpace 5.6.R4软件对纳入研究的作者、机构和关键词进行提取,并生成高产作者合作网络图、机构合作网络图和高频关键词的聚类图。结果最终纳入2744篇研究,其中中文1561篇,英文1183篇。前10位中文作者有4位来自北京大学第三医院;前10位英文作者有3位来自英国,7位来自中国。主要中文作者和英文作者各形成4个团队,团队间合作不多。中文文献发表的主要机构间缺乏合作,英文文献发表的主要机构多来源于中国,且与美国有合作关系。新型冠状病毒中文研究主要有5个主题,英文研究主要有4个主题。结论英国和中国在该领域的研究处于相对领先的地位,各团队内部成员合作紧密,但缺乏跨团队的合作,不同国家、地区间应加强交流与合作,相互借鉴。中文和英文新型冠状病毒研究均关注疫情防控、治疗等方面,但英文研究也关注新冠病毒的来源问题。

Objective To compare and analyze the hot topics of COVID-19 for Chinese and English studies using bibliometric visualization for promoting the development of studies on COVID-19.Methods The information of studies on COVID-19 was obtained by searching CNKI and PubMed databases.Two tools,VOSviewer 1.6.13 and CiteSpace 5.6.R4,were used to extract the included authors,institutions and keywords,and generate the cooperative network graph of high-productivity authors,the cooperative network graph of institutions,and clustering graph of high-frequency keywords.Results 2744 studies were included,including 1561 in Chinese and 1183 in English.Four of the top 10 Chinese authors were from Peking University Third Hospital.Three of the top 10 English authors were from the UK and seven were from China.The main Chinese and foreign authors formed four groups each,with little cooperation between the groups.There was a lack of cooperation among the major institutions for Chinese literature publication,while the major institutions for English literature publication were mostly from China and have cooperative relations with the United States.The studies on COVID-19 had 5 themes in Chinese and 4 themes in English.Conclusions The UK and China are in a relatively leading position in the research of this field.The members of each team work closely together,but there is a lack of cross-team cooperation.Different countries and regions should strengthen exchanges and cooperation and learn from each other.Research on COVID-19 focuses on the prevention and control of outbreaks,treatment,etc,but English research also focuses on the origin of COVID-19.
