2016-2018年洛阳市两所综合医院手卫生监测结果分析

Analysis of hand hygiene monitoring results in two general hospitals in Luoyang, 2016-2018

目的了解医务人员手卫生状况,为进一步加强手卫生工作提供依据。方法2016-2018年,选择洛阳市两所综合医院,对医务人员进行手卫生监测与结果分析。结果2016-2018年共采集手卫生样品306份,外科手合格率90.91%(90/99)高于卫生手合格率77.78%(161/207),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2016-2018年卫生手合格率监测结果呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05);护士卫生手合格率(82.80%)高于医生(65.57%);高风险科室(新生儿室、ICU、血透室)卫生手合格率高于其它科室(普通病区、门急诊、治疗室等),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同手卫生方式卫生手合格率分别为:洗手78.30%(65/83)、卫生手消毒96.88%(31/32)、先洗手后卫生手消毒71.25%(57/80)和无卫生手措施66.67%(8/12)。结论该两所医院医务人员手卫生合格率处于国内一般水平,应持续加强手卫生工作。

Objective To understand the hand hygiene status of health-care workers,and to guide the hand hygiene work.Methods From 2016 to 2018,two general hospitals in Luoyang were selected for hand hygiene monitoring,and the data on hand hygiene of health-care workers were analyzed.Results From January 2016 to December 2018,306 hand hygiene samples were collected.The qualified rates of surgical hand antisepsis and antiseptic handrubbing were 90.91%(90/99),77.78%(161/207),respectively,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).From 2016 to 2018,the qualified rate of antiseptic handrubbing monitoring showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).The qualified rate of antiseptic handrubbing for nurses(82.80%)was higher than that of doctors(65.57%).The qualified rates of antiseptic handrubbing in high-risk departments(neonatal room,ICU,hemodialysis room)were higher than those in other departments(general ward,outpatient and emergency department,treatment room,etc.),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of hand hygiene with hand washing,antiseptic handrubbing,hand washing and antiseptic handrubbing and not practicing hand hygiene were 78.30%(65/83),96.88%(31/32),71.25%(57/80)and 66.67%(8/12),respectively.Conclusion The qualified rate of hand hygiene in the healthcare worker of the two studied hospitals is at average level in China.
