窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防儿童龋齿的疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆的使用在儿童龋齿预防中的效果。方法于本院2016年2月至2018年4月体检的健康无龋齿儿童中选出136例为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,对照组儿童采用窝沟封闭术进行龋齿预防,观察组儿童在此基础上应用氟保护漆,随访观察18个月,对比两组的龋齿发生率、封闭剂脱落情况等。结果随访18个月,观察组的龋齿发生率2.96%、邻面龋发生率2.22%、封闭剂完全脱落率1.48%、封闭剂部分脱落率3.70%、封闭剂总脱落率5.19%,对照组患者的龋齿发生率10.61%、邻面龋发生率7.58%、封闭剂完全脱落率6.82%、封闭剂部分脱落率9.85%、封闭剂总脱落率16.67%,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的龋均值高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论窝沟封闭术与氟保护漆的联合应用能更好预防儿童龋齿发生,保障儿童牙齿健康,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride protective paint in the prevention of dental caries in children.Methods From February 2016 to April 2018,136 healthy caries-free children who underwent physical examination in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with pit and fissure sealant to prevent caries,and the observation group was treated with fluoride protective paint on the basis of this.The follow-up period was18 months.The incidence of caries and the loss of sealant in the two groups were compared.Results After 18 months of followup,the incidence of dental caries in the observation group was 2.96%,the incidence of adjacent caries was 2.22%,the complete exfoliation rate of sealant was 1.48%,the partial exfoliation rate of sealant was 3.70%,the total exfoliation rate of sealant was5.19%,and the incidence of adjacent caries was 7.58%,the complete exfoliation rate of sealant was 6.82%,the partial exfoliation rate of sealant was 9.85%,and the total exfoliation rate of sealant was 16.67%.All these indexes were higher in the observation group than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The caries mean value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of pit and fissure sealant and fluoride protective paint can better prevent dental caries in children and ensure their dental health,which is worthy of promotion.
