摘要
目的了解延津县居民土源性线虫感染状况、区域分布及影响因素,为精准制定防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法全县按照地理方位划分为东、西、南、北、中5个片区,每个片区随机抽取1个乡的1个村为监测点,土源性线虫卵采集粪便用改良加藤厚涂片法,一粪两检;3~9周岁开展粪检的同时加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。结果共检1024人,土源性线虫总感染率为1.27%,蛲虫感染率为1.27%,未检测到蛔虫、钩虫和鞭虫;男性479人,女性545人,男性和女性蛲虫感染率分别为0.84%、1.65%。透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫7人,感染率4.21%。3~9岁农村学生土源性线虫感染率(4.21%,7/166)最高,农民(0.78%,6/773)次之。结论延津县土源性线虫防控工作取得明显成效,感染率已大幅下降,趋于稳定(<5%),并保持在较低水平,虫种以蛲虫为主,今后仍需加强10岁以下儿童蛲虫病的综合防控工作。
Objective To investigate the status,regional distribution and influencing factors of soil-borne nematode infection in Yanjin county,and to provide scientific basis for accurate prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods According to the geographical orientation,the county was divided into five areas:east,west,south,north and middle.One village in each area was randomly selected as the monitoring point.The feces of soil-derived nematodes were collected by modified kato thick smear method.Besides fecal examination was carried out at the age of 3-9 years,and transparent adhesive paper anal swabs were used to detect Enterobius vermicularis eggs.Results A total of 1024 people were detected,and the total infection rate of soil-derived nematodes was 1.27%.The infection rate of enterobius vermicularis was 1.27%,no ascaris lumbricoides,hookworm and trichuris were detected,and the infection rates of Enterobius vermicularis in males and females were 0.84%and 1.65%,respectively.The infection rate of enterobius vermicularis was 4.21%.The highest infection rate of soil-borne nematodes was found in rural students aged 3-9 years old(4.21%,7/166),followed by farmers(0.78%,6/773).Conclusion The prevention and control of soilborne nematodes in Yanjin county has achieved remarkable results,the infection rate has been greatly reduced,tended to be stable(<5%),and maintained at a relatively low level.Enterobius vermicularis is the main species.It is still necessary to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of hookworm disease in children under 10 years of age.
