基于圆形分布法分析江门市医护人员艾滋病职业暴露发生时间特征

Analysis of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure among medical workers based on circular distribution statistics in Jiangmen

目的分析2001-2017年江门市医务人员艾滋病职业暴露发生时间的分布特点,为制定完善的管理措施,减少医务人员艾滋病职业暴露的发生提供依据。方法对2001-2017年全市各地主动上报的医务人员艾滋病职业暴露个案进行整理,采用圆形分布法分析其分布特征。结果 2001-2017年江门市医务人员艾滋病职业暴露个案110宗,发生时间存在集中趋势(r=0.37,P<0.05),其中护士(r=0.43,P<0.05)和暴露源为轻度(r=0.56,P<0.05)的集中趋势差异有统计学意义,我市医务人员艾滋病职业暴露发生的高峰时间段为日间工作时段。结论江门市医务人员艾滋病职业暴露发生时间有明显集中特征,应合理分配工作人手,提升医务人员艾滋病职业暴露认识水平,减轻护士工作压力,预防和减少医务人员艾滋病职业暴露的发生。

Objective To analyze the time distribution of occupational exposure to HIV/AIDS among medical workers in Jiangmen city from 2001 to 2017, so as to provide the evidence for improving the management and depressing the HIV/AIDS occupational exposure among the medical workers. Methods The data of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure among the medical workers were collected from the voluntry reports between 2001 to 2017 in Jiangmen areas, and analyzed with circular distribution statistics. Results From 2001 to 2017, the time distribution of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure among medical workers were concentrated(r=0.37, P<0.05), nurses(r=0.43, P<0.05) and source of low exposure(r=0.56, P<0.05) in time distribution were statistically significant. daytime working hours were the peak periods. Conclusion HIV/AIDS occupational exposure of medical workers were concentrated in Jiangmen, appropriately assigning the jobs, strengthening the awareness level of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure in medical workers and alleviating the work pressure of nurses were the best ways to prevent and reduce the HIV/AIDS occupational exposure among medical workers.
