Contamination and risk assessment of vibrio parahaemolyticus in Xiamen City,2012-2016

摘要 目的了解厦门市海产品副溶血性弧菌的污染状况。方法收集厦门市2012-2016年的监测资料,描述厦门市海产品副溶血性弧菌的污染状况。结果共采集408份海产品,其中165份检出副溶血性弧菌,检出率40.44%。各类海产品中贝类副溶血性弧菌阳性检出率最高,为66.06%;9-10月副溶血性弧菌阳性检出率最高,为61.43%;农贸市场副溶血性弧菌的阳性检出率最高,为66.67%。结论食用贝类海产品是引起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的高风险行为,建议监管部门加强对贝类海产品的监管,同时应加强夏秋季的海产品监管,提倡低温储存。 Objective To investigate the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Xiamen seafood.Methods The data of2012-2016 were collected to describe the distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Risk Ranger software was used for risk assessment and hazard classification.Results A total of 408 seafoods were collected,165 seafoods,40.44%of which,were tested with Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in shellfish was the highest in all kinds of seafood of66.06%;the positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the highest in September to October,61.43%,respectively.The positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in farmers’market was the highest of 66.67%.Conclusion The consumption of shellfish is a highrisk behavior causing food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.It is recommended that the regulatory authorities strengthen the supervision of shellfish products,and at the same time reinforce the regulation of seafood in summer and autumn.The low-temperature storage is also promoted.
