摘要
目的了解2018年河南省新报告的异性性传播的HIV/AIDS病例不同传播方式特征,为有效阻断HIV经异性性途径传播提供依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病防治基本信息系统下载数据,分析异性性传播病例的方式及分布特征。结果2018年河南省新报告3885例异性性传播病例,以男性为主(占73.0%),主要分布在既往采供血集中流行地区(驻马店市、南阳市和周口市)和郑州市;异性性传播方式以非婚非商业异性性传播为主,占50.7%,男性是以商业异性性传播为主(占51.0%),而女性是以非婚非商业异性性传播为主(占63.1%);安阳、郑州市等地以非婚非商业异性性传播为主,而邓州市、永城市等地以商业异性性传播为主;不同年龄组、性别、婚姻状况、城乡的病例,异性性传播方式不同,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异性性传播方式存在人群、地域差异,因此各地应制定有针对性的宣传教育和行为干预措施,有效阻断艾滋病经异性性途径传播。
Objective To understand the transmission mode of heterosexual contact among newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Henan province in 2018,and to provide basis evidence for controlling HIV heterosexual transmission.Methods The data of HIV/AIDS reported cases were downloaded from national online case reporting system.Descriptive study was implemented including characteristics of distribution,and heterosexual transmission mode.Results 3885 heterosexual transmitted HIV/AIDS cases were reported.73.0%of them were men,and were reported in former paid blood donors epidemic areas and Zhengzhou city.50.7%of HIV/AIDS cases infected by heterosexual contact were through extramarital noncommercial sexual transmission.The male HIV/AIDS cases were infected by commercial sexual contact,while female were infected by extramarital noncommercial sexual contact.The predominant mode of heterosexual transmission is extramarital noncommercial sexual contact in Zhengzhou and Anyang,while commercial sexual contact in Dengzhou and Yongcheng county.The heterosexual transmission mode in different age,gender,or rural-urban groups,had was significantly differencest(P<0.05).Conclusion The heterosexual transmission mode showed diversities in different groups,sub-epidemic areas.Tailored education and behavior intervention were urgently needed to control sexual transmission,according to local epidemic driven factors.
